Cannatrek has reached an “in-principle agreement” with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) over alleged advertising breaches, as Little Green Pharma (LGP) said the expected penalty remained within the terms of the firms’ proposed merger.
The investigation related largely to social media posts published in 2023/24, which may have breached TGA advertising regulations.
