The Australian Cannabis Summit is back this week with a focus on clinical outcomes for patients of all ages and a host of local and international speakers.
This year’s event – which takes place online on October 27 and 28 – has been broken into adult and paediatric sessions, with the day-two program examining the TGA’s recent changes in child prescribing, and how they may negatively impact children.

As well as patient interviews on their experiences with medicinal cannabis, the program features local industry leaders and an international line up of prescribing specialists and doctors.

As a precursor to the summit, organiser PlantMed is hosting the ACS Roundtable Luncheon at Brisbane’s Pacific Hotel on October 26, where it will launch the PlantEd medical education platform.
Discussions at the invitation-only event will be recorded and shared with the Australian cannabis community.
Registration for the Australian Cannabis Summit is free.
