Epsilon Healthcare said it was working “constructively” with the ASX to return to the market, as the company approaches the December 18 deadline to resume trading or be removed from the official list.
Chief executive Peter Giannopoulos said the company had been steadily progressing the steps required for reinstatement after being suspended from trading at the end of 2023, when it entered voluntary administration.
