Little Green Pharma’s (LGP) proposed merger with Cannatrek has become legally effective after the Federal Court of Australia approved the scheme of arrangement, with the deal expected to be formally implemented next month.
LGP said Cannatrek had lodged court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on Monday, making the scheme effective.
