Vitura Health has reported a “challenging” first half which saw the business slide into the red amid an ongoing medicinal cannabis price war.
The company, which parted ways with chief executive Geoff Cockerill last month, generated revenue of $67.9 million in the six months to December, up 8% on H1 FY25.
