United in Compassion’s Australian Medicinal Cannabis Symposium will include a cultivation training day for the first time this year.
Taking place at Brisbane’s Royal International Convention Centre from February 21-23, the training day will help kick off proceedings on the opening Friday.

Led by Australian Cannabis Cultivators (ACC), a sub-association of the Australian Medicinal Cannabis Association (AMCA), the training day will provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of the key aspects of cannabis cultivation.
Topics include propagation and cultivation techniques, lighting requirements for optimal plant growth, nutrition strategies, effective pest and disease management, the importance of genetics and post-harvest processing.
Attendees will hear from expert speakers, learn from experienced cultivators and have the opportunity to network with peers.
The opening day will also feature a regulatory compliance session and education/training for healthcare professionals, followed by welcome drinks.
