It’s 140 kilometres long, takes around six days to complete and features some of Western Australia’s most breathtaking coastal scenery.
And the medicinal cannabis community is being invited to experience its wonders while raising money to further the development of the industry.

In an industry first, Medical Cannabis Research Australia (MCRA) is hosting Cape to Cape for Cannabis, a four day charity event next April taking in some of the highlights of the Cape to Cape Track.
Stretching from Cape Naturaliste at the northern end, to Cape Leeuwin in the south, the track takes in the Margaret River region of WA, meandering its way through forests, beaches and across headlands.
In addition to daily walks, the gathering will feature nightly networking events, a professional education session for health professionals and the wider industry, and discussions designed to break down stigma and advance access to medicinal cannabis.
All proceeds will go towards MCRA’s charitable mission of supporting medicinal cannabis research, educating doctors and patients and improving access for Australians in need.

Organisers said the event is designed to “unite the medicinal cannabis industry”.
“This is more than a fundraiser – it’s a movement,” MCRA co-founder Sharlene Mavor said. “Together we can advance medicinal cannabis research, connect as an industry and create real change for patients.”
Tickets for the event, which takes place from April 17 to 20, are on sale now with a four-day all-access pass available for $700 for industry participants.
Other ticket options are available, while discounted rates are available at Margarets Beach Resort, the Cape to Cape for Cannabis ‘base camp’.
Earlybird discounts of 15% off four-day tickets are on offer until December 31.
