Action over alleged advertising breaches committed by a now-dormant company on a website which shut down more than two years ago has again raised questions over the speed at which the health regulator is dealing with suspected rogue behaviour in the medicinal cannabis space.

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) announced this week it had started legal proceedings against CDA Clinics QLD and its former director Ben Jansen for alleged non-compliant advertising.
