Montu, its founder and managing director Christopher Strauch and the Therapeutic Goods Administration are due back in Victoria Federal Court on June 1 after a further case management hearing was adjourned.
The TGA filed legal action in April 2024 accusing Montu’s clinic, Alternaleaf, and Strauch of unlawfully advertising medicinal cannabis.
Lawyers for Montu and Strauch are due to file any expert evidence on the question liability by May 29, with TGA given three weeks to respond.
The court has previously set aside seven days for a trial.
