The Australian Institute of Medicinal Cannabis has written to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) asking it to withdraw fines of more than A$100,000 issued late last year.
The company’s clinic arm, MiDispensary, was hit with eight infringement notices totalling $106,560 in October 2022 for the alleged unlawful advertising of medicinal cannabis products on its website and social media channels.
