MedReleaf Australia has appointed Kristin Viccars as chief operating officer and promoted co-founder Nathan Davis to executive director.
Viccars was previously marketing director of Apex Tool Group, owned by Bain Capital. He was recognised this year as one of Australia’s top 50 marketing leaders by CMO Magazine.
He holds an MBA, a Diploma in Business Law, and has successfully completed Harvard Business School courses in disruptive strategy and finance. He is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
MedReleaf chairman and chief executive Russell Harding said: “Kristin, who we have known for many years, will oversee business strategy creation and execution for MedReleaf Australia and ensure [our] continued growth and profitability.”
Davis will assume extra responsibilities on the company’s board of directors as well as continuing as a key member of the operational team and industry advocate.
He said: “Having Kristin join our business is an exciting next step as we continue to successfully scale up our plans.”
