The combined Little Green Pharma-Cannatrek group is searching for a new finance chief following the resignation of Paula Butler.
Butler joined Cannatrek in September 2024 and was named CFO of the merged entity when the deal completed on June 1.
Her final day will be this Friday.
No reason was given for her departure, just weeks after completion of the merger.
The company thanked Butler for her “services to the company and the former Cannatrek group”.
“LGP has commenced the recruitment process for a new CFO to replace Ms Butler,” the firm added.
