The wife of Cronos Australia’s former chief medical officer, Dr Ben Jansen, will no longer seek his reinstatement as a company director after dropping plans to raise the issue at the firm’s annual general meeting.
Elizabeth Jansen, acting as trustee for the Stanford Investment Trust, Cronos’s largest shareholder with a 23.4% stake, had planned to propose a resolution at the AGM next month calling for his return.
