Gender equality is an ongoing priority for all sectors, and one that has been increasingly discussed in the world of cannabis. Hannah Adler asks some of the female leaders in the Australian and New Zealand industry about their experiences, and considers what we have achieved, what we need to do, and where we go from here. 

In Australia, parity between men and women in the workforce remains in a state of flux. Australia’s gender equality scorecard tells us that, despite making up half of all employees, women are underrepresented in key decision-making roles across almost all industries in the country.
