Montu’s former head of marketing has been ordered to produce more than two years’ worth of WhatsApp messages he exchanged with the firm’s founder, Christopher Strauch, ahead of next month’s courtroom showdown with the Therapeutic Goods Administration.
A full hearing into allegations that Montu breached advertising regulations is due to begin at the Federal Court of Victoria on October 22, and last up to seven days.
