Former Cannabis Warehouse executive Eric Chan has been named chief operating officer of medicinal cannabis wholesaler, Kayf Industries.
Chan joined the Melbourne-based operation last September as head of innovation and growth after departing Cannabis Warehouse in mid-2025.
Chan spent three years at Cannabis Warehouse but quit, along with chief technology officer Kenny Tran, last July saying it was “time to move on to new opportunities”.
He announced his promotion to COO on LinkedIn.
Chan was a key architect of the Compass compassionate access scheme.
According to its website, Kayf was founded in 2022 as part of Saleh Cannabis Industries by Mel Goodman, Ali Saleh, Abbas Saleh and Abdul Goodman.
The firm says it is Australian-owned and family operated and is “dedicated to delivering high-quality compliant and reliable medicinal cannabis products to the Australian healthcare community”.
