Endoca Australia is rebranding to Aura Therapeutics as the firm broadens its product portfolio to better serve the needs of the local market.

Head of operations Leigh-Ann Nazareth told Cannabiz: “The Endoca brand, originating from Europe and primarily focused on CBD products, no longer aligns with our vision to offer a diverse product portfolio, including dried flower, oils, vapes, soft-gel caps, and extracts tailored specifically for the Australian market.”

She added the firm, headquartered in Sydney, has transitioned away from using Endoca supply, meaning “retaining the brand name is no longer commercially viable”.

The rebrand will happen over the next month, during which time managing director Tom Fay said it will be “business as usual”.

He added: “We’re focusing on a smooth transition with our key industry partners, clinics, health professionals, and patients.

“We highly value our partnerships in the Australian cannabis sector and will maintain our collaboration to ensure affordable access to high-quality medicine.”

Lisa Varley will remain as a corporate advisor to Aura Therapeutics.
