All excellent points. The confusion caused by the different regulatory bodies and different states is exacerbated 10-fold by the fact that they don’t communicate with each other. Determining what is required and what isn’t is a monumental headache for everyone in the industry. This creates an environment where different individuals and businesses have varying interpretations of the regulations.
How can other countries be sure of what our standards are when our own regulatory bodies can’t get on the same page? It’s no wonder we are falling behind the world market.
