Cannasouth has announced the resignation of CEO Mark Lucas, effective from last Monday (April 8, 2024).

Cannasouth went into voluntary administration last month after a dispute with secured convertible noteholders scuppered a crucial capital raise. 

Cannasouth told the NZX Lucas had “offered the administrators his full support as and when required throughout the course of the administration”.

The Administrators thanked him “for his co-operation through this process to date”.

The resignation of CFO and company secretary Colin Foster was announced shortly after the firm entered administration.
