Manufacturer BLS Pharmaceuticals has appointed MWP Partners co-founder Angus Walker as alternate director to non-executive director Edward Myer.
The appointment, effective immediately, will allow Walker to attend and participate in board meetings in Myer’s place when required.
BLS non-executive chairman Anthony Ho said Walker’s experience across global equities, private markets, healthcare and technology would bring “additional perspective” as the firm expands its international pharmaceutical portfolio.
