Bod Science shareholders will vote on a proposed deal with Biortica Agrimed in the next few weeks after a deed of company arrangement (DOCA) between the two firms was formally executed by the administrator.
The development came after Bod creditors approved a plan for Biortica to contribute A$380,000 to a deed fund.
