Health Partner of the Year: Dr Teresa Nicoletti

It’s the third time Nicoletti, a partner in law firm Mills Oakley, has taken out the award, which recognises legal excellence in the health sector as well as leadership skill, advocacy work and practice development.

Mills Oakley said the win rewarded Nicoletti’s “market-leading expertise in the health and life sciences sector, particularly in the regulation of therapeutic goods and ongoing advocacy work in regulatory reform and significant contributions towards the advancement of healthcare”.

CEO John Nerurker added: “This award consolidates Teresa’s status as Australia’s leading health practitioner. We are tremendously proud to have a three-time winner of this prestigious award at our firm.

“This year’s win is all the more special given the challenges presented by Covid-19 to the practice of law over the past year.”

The 2022 Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards saw 406 candidates making submissions and 33 winners announced by a 20-person judging panel at a ceremony in Sydney last week.
