Althea generated unaudited revenue of close to $700,000 in July, with the company touting its recently-launched online system as a major driver for the record figures.
In an update to the ASX, the firm said the number of patients prescribed Althea medicinal cannabis has exceeded now 8,000, including 740 first-time patients in July. Just under 630 healthcare professionals have prescribed its products.
Althea said its online initiatives, including telehealth and online sales, gathered momentum during the month.
Althea chief executive Josh Fegan said growth in July has rebounded strongly with and was “well and truly back on track”.
