Australia’s medical cannabis market has adopted a California-style approach to the drug, Althea chief executive Josh Fegan has claimed, as he accused the health regulator of “falling asleep at the wheel”.

Addressing a conference of potential investors, Fegan admitted the firm’s medical division has faced “extremely challenging times” and was no longer the core focus of the group.

  1. For the majority of people who have never smoked or tried cannabis pastilles are a discreet, palatable, highly precise dose form.

    Think about parents administering epilepsy medicine to their child… do they have an easier time with a pill, oil, or an orange-flavored (precisely and easily dosed) CBD100 pastille? What’s the better experience for the patient (child)?
