Early-bird registrations are now open for ACannabis 2025, with Cannabiz members able to access an exclusive 15% discount on tickets.

Hosted by Medicinal Cannabis Industry Australia, the event runs from August 11 to 13 at Melbourne’s Crown Promenade.

It kicks off with an advisory and compliance day, followed by two days of conference sessions, exhibitions and networking.

The advisory and compliance day has been split into two streams this year, designed to cater to different roles across the industry.

The business and commercial stream is for senior leaders and executives, with sessions covering M&A activity, updates from service providers in finance, insurance, risk management and logistics, and a technology update.

The operations stream, meanwhile, is for employees involved in products from seed to patient supply. Topics include novel processing technology, ethical cultivation, manufacture and supply of medicinal cannabis, and innovative starting materials.

The main conference spans a wide range of topics, from market outlook and product innovation to GMP, law reform, advertising and sponsor obligations.

International comparisons, including lessons from Canada, and a CEO roundtable will feature.

Among the confirmed speakers are international equity analyst Pablo Zuanic and Puro co-founder Tom Forrest.

The event will feature a networking reception at Yarra Botanica on August 11, welcome drinks on August 12, and a dedicated networking lounge open during both conference days.

Ticket options include a full three-day pass or a two-day conference pass. Student and healthcare professional tickets are also available.

Cannabiz members can receive 15% off all ticket types using the code CANNABIZ15.
