Telehealth platform Polln has launched a marketing campaign in Melbourne as it looks to raise the profile of the brand.
The clinic said it is running street posters in a “small number” of suburbs in Melbourne asking communities if they are “frustrated with conventional medicine”.

Under the message “The face of natural medicine is changing”, members of the public are invited to scan a barcode for more information or to visit the Polln website.
Asked if Polln consulted with the Therapeutic Goods Administration prior to launching the campaign, head of marketing Kathleen To said: “The TGA does not provide advice on advertising compliance [although] they do provide guidance in their publications.
“We are confident that these posters do not breach TGA regulations.”
To said the campaign is designed to “educate people that there are options beyond conventional medicine, including naturopathic services and treatments”.
Polln was launched in late 2o22 by Chris Nasr and Grace Tan with a mission to make medicinal cannabis more acceptable and to help reduce the stigma associated with the medicine.
