Bod Australia head of market — pharmaceuticals Despina Lord has stepped down after three years with the company.
Writing on LinkedIn, Lord said she was “grateful for the opportunity to work in an amazing industry with many great practitioners and pioneers in the clinical use of medicinal cannabis”.
She added: “A lot has happened… in the last three years, including improved accessibility in Australia and the UK.
“I look forward to seeing more change and research to further support patients in their health journey.”
Lord told Cannabiz she would be staying in the therapeutics and natural medicine industry and will be announcing her next move shortly.
A Bod spokesperson said: “The management team wants to thank Despina for her work during her time with Bod and we wish her well for her future endeavours.”
