Lisa became Cannabis Council Australia's first CEO in June 2025, bringing 20 years of senior leadership experience from AMC-accredited specialist medical colleges. Her expertise includes developing practice standards; quality assurance, accreditation and credentialing programs; and regulatory reform solutions.

She brings strong skills in governance, stakeholder management, and driving medical culture change. Lisa holds degrees from UNSW and UTS, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
