As an advisor with Medical Cannabis Australia (MCA) and Adjunct Fellow at the NICM Health Research Institute, Cass brings expertise in thinking differently to create positive social and commercial impact in the sector.

Cass also recently founded Naturally Healthful, a wellness company whose purpose is to help people to adopt a more natural and sustainable approach to their health and wellbeing.

Prior to working in natural health, Cass built a career in innovation and strategy, working with consultancies such as ?What If! Innovation and Accenture. Using human-centred design methodologies, she has helped businesses develop visionary strategies, create new sources of value, and launch groundbreaking products, services, and experiences.
