Ben is a seasoned leader with two decades of global experience in the telecommunications, technology, pharmaceutical (medical cannabis) and climate change sectors.

Having resided on various continents, he has played a pivotal role in market access strategies, spearheading the development of emerging markets and successfully establishing businesses and brands. Ben is the former regional managing director at Canopy Growth in Asia Pacific, before joining some ex-colleagues in launching Invert in 2022.

Ben’s extensive leadership background showcases his proficiency in navigating diverse industries with a focus on strategic growth and market presence. Ben's commitment extends beyond corporate success, he is deeply passionate about promoting well-being and enabling a diverse and inclusive environment. Ben is chair at the Canadian and Australian Chamber of Commerce (CACC) Victorian Chapter, strategic advisor at Altum/Kind Medical and non-executive director for Melodiol Global Health.
