Adam Benjamin started Standard Botanic, the first dedicated nursery to service licensed cannabis cultivators in Australia and neighbouring countries, providing cuttings derived from the company’s array of outstanding genetics.

Adam’s longstanding involvement in the medical industry included his pioneering role in the Australian medicinal cannabis market, in partnership with global pioneers from Israel, and previously building a primary healthcare business incorporating a team of specialist medical practitioners.

Following a number of years working first with Reebok then with Australia’s leading investment bank Macquarie, Adam’s entrepreneurial drive saw him start up an innovative, national-leading beverage business, ultimately selling into a larger hospitality company. Adam graduated from the University of New South Wales with a BSc and master of commerce.
