Cannabis Council Australia (CCA) will host two free webinars next week to help the sector prepare submissions to the Therapeutic Goods Administration’s (TGA) consultation on the regulation of unapproved products.

The sessions, delivered in partnership with Nexus Public Affairs, are designed to provide practical guidance on drafting evidence-based submissions aligned with the consultation’s terms of reference.

The body said attendees would also receive written guidance following the webinars to support their own independent submissions.

CCA chief executive Lisa Penlington said the initiative was intended to make the process more accessible across the sector.

“Good submissions do not need to be expensive or out of reach for our sector,” she said.

“Nexus Public Affairs will equip attendees with all the tools and information they need to prepare their own submissions free of charge.”

The webinars are scheduled for Monday, September 1 from 11am to 12pm AEST and Tuesday, September 2 from 1pm to 2pm AEST.
