  1. It would appear the regulators are not well informed about cannabis production, cultivation and common practice. A simple trip to North America, Israel or even some European countries might elucidate their strategy here. An even better and possibly more business friendly option could be to lower the boundaries to Australian companies to utilise the channels available to international firms? A cannabis tracking and licensing system from local producers through to patient could aid with traceability in these channels.

Or you could just buy some weed – Australian regulators tie themselves in regulations so that others can then find the loopholes which in turn creates more complicated regulations with loopholes – meanwhile people just give up and buy from the black or grey market whether it be for medicinal or recreational – it’s like a stoner episode of Yes Minister gone wrong
