The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has issued four infringement notices totalling A$10,656 to an unnamed Sydney-based individual for alleged unlawful advertising of CBD oil.
The TGA said it had raised concerns with the alleged offender on a number of occasions warning them they could not make reference to the substance cannabidiol (CBD) in the advertising of CBD Oil or other medicinal cannabis products.
