Releaf Group is preparing to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as it looks to expand its clinic footprint and build a lifestyle division to champion Australia’s cannabis culture.
Founder and chief executive Gary Mackenzie told Cannabiz he hopes to oversee an initial public offering in the first half of 2024, with a backdoor listing on the ASX among the possibilities on the table.
